High Season: (January 2 - May 15 and December 15 - December 24) $2,750.00 plus 12% tax for 7 nights

Low Season: (May 16 - December 14) $2,475.00 plus 12% tax for 7 nights

Christmas/New Years (December 25 - January 1) $4,125.00 plus 12% tax for 7 nights

$500.00 security deposit due upon arrival (credit card OK).

We strongly encourage you to tip your maid, who will keep your condo spotless 6 days a week. $5.00 per person per week is suggested.

Half of the rent is due upon confirmation of your reservation and the receipt of the rental agreement. You can pay this with a money order, check or credit card through PayPal. The balance is due no less than 45 days before arrival.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: If, for any reason, you cancel your reservation 60 days or more prior to your reservation date you will receive a full refund of all monies paid less a $100.00 administrative fee. If you cancel less than 60 days before your reservation, and we are able to re-book Casa Mañana for the dates of your reservation, you will receive a full refund less a $100.00 administrative fee. We promise to make our best efforts to re-book the dates of your reservation. However, if we are not able to re-book for the dates you cancelled you will not receive a refund.
